All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

In most cases, orders are dispatched quickly, however certain items may be on backorder or require additional preparation time. In these cases, processing may take up to 10 business days before shipment.

We will always keep you updated should any delays arise with your order.

We make use of trusted national courier services to deliver all orders safely and efficiently across South Africa.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

2–5 working days nationwide, depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may occasionally require additional transit time.
